Applicando Srl (www.applicando.org) is a consulting company and organization compliant with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 679/16). We turned to Dr.Explain software in the framework of a project named Zeus4gdpr (www.zeus4gdpr.eu). The process is concerned with a management system for privacy regulation compliance.

DE: Why is user help documentation important to your business?

Documentation is essential for us to illustrate the concepts of our management system to our users in a simple way so that they immediately grasp the idea of how to fill in various sections in it. The above-mentioned project will allow us to offer our customers a precious, effective, and comprehensive service.
