Managing the documents

 

 

To manage the documents stored in the repository of Dr.Explain Collaboration Server, the server administrator must log into the server administration panel and switch to  Collaboration / Documents tab.

 

The section provides access to all documents stored in the server repository. The sort and lookup functions will simplify the search and navigation across the repository.

 

 

To view or edit a certain document information click the corresponding row in the document list.

You will be navigated to the document properties screen

 

The Backups link opens the screen with backup copies of the projects.
